Heta Naturstein

I have placed several orders for my garden and have now spent a five-figure amount on stones and slabs from HETA. I almost built a HETA show garden 😉 My experiences have been consistently positive. Since I planned and installed everything 100% and used some materials and products from the range for the first time, Mr. Heta always helped me immediately via WhatsApp with the right tip or video. Top!!! Delivery and unloading takes place by truck and when the forklift truck gets to the place of use, it unloads it there too (not just to the curb!) Complaints are handled problem-free and professionally. Forgotten pallets, minimum delivery quantities, breakages, etc. have been or are still being replaced I used the following materials from Heta: For the wall: Sandstone gray “antique” bricks tumbled with sawn bearing surfaces, then I sprayed the joints with natural stone joints. I think the wall looks “finished” now. Natural stone paving sandstone paving slabs 15 x 30 x 6 cm were used as the lawn mower edge. Another wall was covered with it because I had too many left. CERAMIC PLATE COLOSSEO TIPOVALS 45x90x2 cm. In the end, the advantages and disadvantages of ceramic versus natural stone on the floor were less important to us. We were there and took natural stone samples and ceramic plates with us. Paving joint mortar - 2K Heta Natur for the joints of ceramic tiles Impregnation W for natural stone 5L for sandstone. So far I have only applied it to a test area about 1 year ago. After a year the effect wears off somewhat. I think that one application every 2 years is completely sufficient. Can be applied very well with a fine spray mist approx. 2 months after installation.

We started our “dry stone wall” project in the summer of 2022 with the antique gray dry stone stones 10-12 x 20 x 20-60 cm. After ordering, the pallets were delivered within a few weeks. A pallet could not be unloaded with the pallet truck due to damage. But we were able to clarify this quite well with Heta and the shipping company and it worked out with the new delivery date. The stones themselves are variable in shape and size, just as stated in the order. This creates a very nice wall that doesn't look so static. Some stones had chips on the top or bottom. That made laying a little more difficult. The wall has experienced its first winter and a certain patina has formed. We consulted with Heta again and they recommended impregnation. We will do that now before next winter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the stone and our wall. It's also worth going to Unna again and looking at everything there. So many new projects and opportunities arise. Our next project is our terrace - with terrace tiles from Heta - to match the wall :)

We were in Unna and looked at the records on site and ordered them. We had the order confirmation and the invoice by email the next day. We paid the bill and the truck was at the door in no time and brought the goods. Everything went great - we received great professional advice - we would happily do it again. Thank you. We found HETA through eBay classifieds and were thrilled with the first contact... We immediately received a 2-minute video of a tour of the company premises with a detailed description of the plate... Shipping was uncomplicated and when the records arrived, they were exactly what we wanted... the way you want them - from large to small - everything included...
